Any data provided by the interested party shall solely and exclusively be used for the purposes envisaged in the procedures and actions in question.
Under no circumstances shall the aforementioned data be processed or assigned to third-parties except with the clear agreement of the person in question or under the cases envisaged in articles 6.2 and 11.2 of the Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, dated the 13th of December (B.O.E. (Spanish Official Gazette) no. 298, dated the 14th of December 1999).
